• Prices are the starting rate for the design only. As you add elements of custom functionality, some will incur an extra fee to set up and or use properly. Some work just fine on the free level which is what will be included in respective projects by default unless client requests and provides other applications.
• No purchases will be made or account created, under any circumstances, without the consent of the client in writing.
• Splash & Landing Pages can only be 1 page.*
• Business & E-commerce sites will need booking, registration & eCommerce systems to work correctly.
  • I use WooCommerce by default unless client requests and provides otherwise.
• I use ClickUp for my Project Management so that we have a central location to upload information, documents and etc as well as so that we both stay on task and complete within agreed upon time.
• A deposit of 50% is required before the start of any work which I prefer to be paid thru Zelle. (It saves us both that transaction fee) It is free to use and connects with most banks, it may even be in your mobile bank app already.
• The client must provide images and content.
